Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Thread Drops, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our Returns and Exchanges Policy below for detailed information on how to return or exchange items purchased from us.
1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund. This cancellation period starts the day after you receive your order.
2. How to Cancel or Return Your Order
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You can also complete our cancellation form available on our website.

3. Returns Process
3.1 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
3.2 Please include your receipt or proof of purchase in the return package.
3.3 Ship the item to the address provided above. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
4.1 Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
4.2 If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be applied within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
4.3 Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
5. Exchanges
5.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at exchanges@threaddrops.com and send your item to the address provided above.
6. Faulty or Damaged Goods
6.1 If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and offer a full refund or replacement.
7. Exceptions
7.1 Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
7.2 Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
